Server/Bartender - Part Time/Casual
Job Summary:
Provides both bar and table service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves taking food and drink orders, mixing and serving beverages, managing inventory, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Giving guests quality service, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Greet and seat customers, taking orders for food and drinks.

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests, timely & with attention to detail.

Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements & to ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages

Provide guests recommendations on menu items, including beverages

Using a POS system, with attention to accuracy.

Serve food and beverages to tables

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Clear and reset tables and bar efficiently

Demonstrate a positive attitude & ability to build rapport with guests to enhance their experience

Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally

Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations

Consistently follows all health, safety, and cleaning guidelines inline with ServeSafe protocols

Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Adheres to restaurant policies, including opening and closing procedures

Maintaining a friendly & professional work environment with a positive attitude.

All other duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:

MUST BE AVAILABLE THURSDAY NIGHTS 4:30PM-10PM
-
High school diploma (or equivalent work experience)

2+ years waitstaff experience in bartending and/or serving
-
Active California RBS certification
-
Active ServSafe Food Handlers certificate
-
Ability to stand for an entire shift and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Must be professional at all times.

Must engage with all members and guests.

Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
